Common User Scenarios & Troubleshooting
"No active rewards" Display: If a user reaches out stating their dashboard shows a "No active rewards" message (with a spinning flower/knot icon), this indicates that the connected wallet (0xcc21...886b or similar) currently does not have any pending or historical earnings tied to the SHIB Liquidity Pools.
Important Information: Always ensure you interact with the official Shib.io domain to prevent phishing attempts
